About me

Dip. Integrative Counselling, MBACP, MA (Cantab)

I’m Annie.

I am a qualified, registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I trained at the Minster Centre in London, one of the UK’s leading integrative training institutions.

I have worked with many different clients exploring issues such as stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties and sexuality, bereavement, domestic violence, low self esteem and major life transitions.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help you feel understood, supported and empowered as you work towards your goals.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all service - we are all unique and should be treated as such. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s grounded in trust, curiosity and compassion.

Outside private practice I have worked in community based counselling services and national helplines.

Beyond my work, I enjoy fitness, books, and walking my enthusiastic Labrador.
